Challenge
Switch Nutrition came to us wanting to make their processes with inventory management more efficient, with less manual data entry and for all their systems to talk well to each other. What once started out as a small business has now rapidly grown into a large business operating in both B2C and B2B markets.

Solution
Through conducting our System Review we were able to ascertain what the client's needs were and work together to tackle placing three important systems into the business to improve operational processes. First of all, getting in place a scalable inventory management system was of most importance. We implemented a best of breed solution and conducted training sessions to get their team up to speed. 

Next, we implemented a B2B portal that provides a scalable and flexible platform to allow Switch Nutrition to effectively do business with other companies. We configured the portal to their specifications and completed adequate training to ensure they get the most out of it.

With those two core solutions in place and working well for the team, there became a need for more planning and analysation of the business data to make more informed decisions on stock, ordering, and warehousing. From this we implemented an e-Commerce forecasting tool that integrates with the inventory management system. The solution enables the team to forecast inventory needs based on sales data. It provides them with customised reporting to ensure they not only meet customer demand but that they can easily pinpoint any issues.

With greater inventory control Switch Nutrition is able to stay competitive by keeping costs down, maximising profits and most of all - keeping their customers satisfied with stock availability and on-time delivery. The B2B portal gives their business customers the ability to automate and directly manage their orders in a platform that is uniquely branded with it's own unique domain name.
